Today’s inspiring story comes from someone who has lived on both sides of the weight loss scale. Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Lisa Schlossberg was obese during her entire childhood to her sophomore year in college. When she decided to do something about it she found herself addicted to unhealthy workout practices and undereating. It wasn’t until she decided to uncover what was at the root of her food addiction that she was able to find both physical and mental balance in her life. Dr. Dominic “Dom” D'Agostino is a Professor in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida.
