During this conversation, he shares the power of his mother’s faith, the struggles he faced while working toward his dream, and why he shares his message with the next generation.

Christina describes how she got over her unhealthy choices to cure her skin, and body issues, how she stays motivated during quarantine with her 7-year-old son, and the focus of her books, Made Whole and Made Whole Made Simple: Learn to Heal Yourself Through Real Food & Healthy Habits

Drew asked the founder of Kettle and Fire, Justin Mares, to join him on the podcast because Kettle and Fire’s bone broths and soups are his go-to source of nutritious broths when he feeds his girls. Justin describes the meticulous process of sourcing the high-quality, organic ingredients, how Mark Cuban was essential in creating the recipe, and how the corona pandemic has affected his company.

A common misconception in business is that an entrepreneur must be an expert in a particular field to create a successful business venture. Drew’s guest, Jeff Fenster, Founder and CEO of Everbowl, an assembly line style superfood bowl franchise is proof of the inaccuracy. Even during the closure of his 28 flagship eateries due to the corona pandemic, Jeff and his team created a revenue stream out of delivering Everbowl’s directly to customer’s homes. He says it’s about seizing opportunities and pivoting and changing when the need arises. During this episode, Jeff shares his passion for health and wellness, how his failures have only made him stronger, and how Everbowl will become the next big franchise in the nation.

There is a lot of debate about what type of diet is most beneficial for the human body. Vegans vehemently support a plant only approach, while others still count calories and avoid salt. She is a licensed psychotherapist and author of the book, Brain-Powered Weight Loss. During this episode, she shares how our emotions lead us toward certain types of food, how our mindset can shape our eating patterns and the 3 Pillar Process she uses to change people’s lives.

Great strides forward are being made in the fitness, health, and wellness space every year. In labs, rigorous testing can be applied to food/fuel sources to qualify how they affect the body in its different states of exertion. UCAN’s founders were looking for a cure for a rare genetic disease when they discovered a process of cooking a starch that led to long-lasting energy. If there ever was a sign that the world is waking up to the interconnected consciousness of our planet it is that the mainstream media is opening up its doors to shamans, astrologers, and Yogis. It’s been a long time coming. The wellness community just needed a champion to push its transformative agenda forward. It seems that Drew’s guest, Tanya Khani, aka The Soulful Publicist is that champion. Tanya is connected to most of the enlightened thought leaders of our time. She finds ways to bring mindfulness and consciousness to traditional media in an artful way. During this interview, she discusses her early adoption of transformational thinking, how the universe prodded her toward her calling, and the obstacles she faces in completing her mission.
