Finding a new way of eating that makes you feel great is exciting but when it comes to maintaining your new food philosophy it is not always easy. In this episode, Drew’s guest, Jeff Frese, Founder of Fat Snax shares his story of taking hard-boiled eggs into the movies to stay in ketosis. He knew there had to be a way to create a satisfying (and less smelly) snack you could eat anywhere. Along with his 6-year-old daughter, Jeff created the perfectly scrumptious keto cookie. Since 2016, Fat Snax has ruled the keto snack market and is available in most major grocery chains and online. Drew and Jeff also discuss the benefits they realize from being on a ketogenic diet, what influenced Jeff to create his own brand of products, and the ingredients that set Fat Snax apart from other keto snacks.

During this conversation, she shares the physical changes her body went through when she switched to veganism, what led her back to the omnivore lifestyle, and the emotional impact the negativity from the vegan community left on her after her transition.

But it seems the health and fitness industry sends mixed and sometimes confusing messages. Christina describes how she got over her unhealthy choices to cure her skin, and body issues, how she stays motivated during quarantine with her 7-year-old son, and the focus of her books, Made Whole and Made Whole Made Simple: Learn to Heal Yourself Through Real Food & Healthy Habits
